FORMAT: Draw Triples Two - 12-End Games
• Teams will be chosen by Open Draw, for all positions.
• There will be a Lunch Break between games. (Bring a brown bag lunch.)
• Cash Prizes will be awarded for both AM & PM Games for each Green.
• After the completion of the games, Past Presidents will be recognized
and the tournament results announced. (Light refreshments will be served.)
Each Club’s representative will submit the sign-up list of ALL their players, with each player’s name
listed under the player’s preferred position. The Opening Day player lists must be to Bud Birkenseer
prior to the Closing Date, Saturday March 10, 2012.
Club Representatives should insure that listed players (or substitutes) show up in time for the Draw.
Please inform the Tournament Director of any substitutions. (No show players, that do not have a
substitute in place, will likely forfeit their entry fee.)
Player’s position may be changed at the discretion of the Tournament Director in order to make
even teams.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking is allowed in the Clubhouse or on the Greens.
Cell Phone Policy: Please NO cell phone use in the Clubhouse or on the Greens.
Perfume & Cologne: Many players are allergic, so minimal use please.
Dress Code: Tournament “Whites” or “Cream” colored clothing. Flat Soled Shoes are a must.
(A splash of “Green” in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, will be allowed)
Entry Fee: $10.00 per player
